The Execution Intensive / 30 days

You know your gym can perform better. Go after what's holding it back.

You don't need to know exactly what is wrong before you start.

That's the point.

The Execution Intensive is 30 days to figure out what is actually getting in the way, get the highest-priority corrections moving and put clear ownership and standards around the work so the same problems have a better chance of staying fixed.

Busy isn't the same as getting the return.

Your team can be busy all day and the business can still be underperforming.

Sales are inconsistent. Follow-up slips. Members leave. One employee gets a different result than another.

You keep having conversations you swear you've already had.

Busy doesn't mean the business is working the way it should.

Work on your gym. Not someone else's system.

Start with what is actually happening in your business.

Your numbers. Your leads. Your sales conversations. Your members. Your staff.

We find the highest-priority gaps and work on them while the engagement is active.

You are not getting a report at the end and being told to figure out the rest yourself.

Diagnose. Correct. Install. Inspect.

01

Diagnose

Find where the result is breaking and prove why.

02

Correct

Fix the actual problem instead of adding another random solution.

03

Install

Put clear ownership and a clear standard around the correction.

04

Inspect

Know whether the change is holding without everything depending on you.

An attack plan in the first seven days.

Within the first seven days, you will have an attack plan built around the first priority breakdowns and the changes that need to start.

We don't wait until day 30 to decide what should happen next.

For gym owners putting in the work… and ready for more from it.

  • You're not starting from zero.
  • You already have members, leads, sales activity, people to lead and a business to run.
  • You've been doing this long enough to know the gym should be better than this.

The Intensive is for the owner who is already putting in the work but is tired of guessing why the same problems keep showing up or why so much still comes back to them.

Your gym doesn't need another one-size-fits-all fix.

You've probably already tried things.

  • Changed the offer.
  • Bought more leads.
  • Added the CRM.
  • Bought the scripts.
  • Retrained the staff.
  • Held another meeting.
  • Hired somebody.

Some of it may have helped.

But if you're still fighting the same problems, the next answer isn't automatically another tool or system.

First prove what is actually broken.

This isn't an ads agency, an AI quick fix, a pile of scripts or somebody else's operating system. The work is built around your business.

More control over the business. More room to grow.

  • Knowing where to look.
  • Clearer ownership.
  • Corrections that have a better chance of holding.
  • Problems exposed earlier.
  • Less guessing.
  • Less of the business coming back to you.

That's the direction of the work.

Questions before you apply?

Do I need a manager?

No. If you manage the gym yourself, the work is built around that reality. If you have management in place, the right people are involved.

Will I need new software?

Not as a starting point. The work uses what your business already has wherever it makes sense. New tools are only considered when they solve a specific need.

How soon does anything change?

In the first seven days, you'll have an attack plan in place and the first priorities will start moving. We don't wait until the end to start correcting things.

Will you fix the entire gym?

No. The point isn't to touch everything just to say we touched it. We identify the biggest leaks and focus the work on the top three holding the business back right now. If more needs attention after that, we decide the next move from there.

What do you need from me?

Be honest about what is happening. Be transparent with the numbers and information we need. Be open to feedback. And be willing to do the work with your team.
